Situated in between a parking deck and an existing building in Gainesville, GA will be a mixed-use development consisting of two restaurants, an upstairs bar, and two event spaces that have the ability to be rented along with the bar.

IBIZA EVENT & CATERING
Located just off the beltline in Midtown Atlanta is The 1904 event space. A contemporary venue consisting of a dramatic bar, custom interior millwork, and ample event space, acting as the HQ for the business as well.

The mixed-use project will include neighborhood restaurants with dining patios overlooking the Town Green, plus local retail intended to plug a gap between the park and downtown shops and eateries. Above that will be offices and event spaces on the second floors.
